Founder, Massage Therapist, Insurance Biller
Ashley Doke, she/her
LMT-23439
I began my massage career after completing Kansas City's Heritage College massage program in 2009. I have seen time and time again, the magic of massage creates deep, lasting pain relief and has a ripple effect throughout the community when people are happier in their bodies. I'm so honored to be part of this process!
I offer a variety of massage styles, crafted for each individual but have been most known for having a deep, slow, targeted approach to relieving muscle tension through cupping, assisted stretches, myofascial release techniques and deep tissue work.

LMT- 27501
My goal is for you to feel empowered and to ensure that you get what you want and need out of each session. I want us to stay connected, foster relationship, and work together to expand the bounds of what feels possible and good in your body and being.
I seek to work with presence, specificity, engagement, intention, communication, and consent.
My work tends to flow between a variety of styles and techniques. In any given session we might draw on myofascial release, deep tissue, postural analysis, Muscle Energy Techniques, cupping, relaxation massage, and other modalities, inspirations, and influences.
I’m a proud graduate of East West College, am dedicated to the Portland community, and am excited to hopefully meet and work with you!

Alexandra Moskow, they/she
LMT- 27480
My approach to massage is client-centered and curious - rooted in consent, autonomy, and deep listening. I am committed to providing body-positive and gender-affirming care to all bodies. I strive to cultivate a space where clients are empowered to advocate for their needs, feel heard and respected, and can explore embodiment at their own pace.
I am a graduate of East West College of Healing Arts here in Portland, and have since continued to deepen my knowledge of myofascial techniques with training at Moving Mountains Institute.
Through myofascial release, deep tissue work, and relaxation techniques I offer a soothing space for nervous system integration, pain management, and injury rehabilitation. I can also integrate static or dynamic cupping into our sessions as we see fit.
