*IMPORTANT- Beginning June 1st we will be requiring ALL insurance paying clients to have a referral on file with us from an MD, ND, DO or chiropractor for medically necessary massage or manual therapy. We have a chiropractor on site for evaluations and treatment on Fridays 9-2pm. You can have these faxed, emailed or bring a physical copy with you to your next session.
